Jeff Booher

For 23 years, Jeff has worked as an engineer in various leadership and workshop training capacities within the aerospace industry. As Director of Engineering for a small aerospace manufacturer in Clearwater, Florida, Jeff led a team to integrate stove-piped business processes including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, purchasing, and shipping. Even though he had led various small teams before while working at Honeywell, this position was a wakeup call for Jeff and emphasized the need to develop Godly, leadership skills. "I had led small teams before, but this time I needed cooperation from those outside my team to be successful."

He has led engineering teams within Boeing to simplify processes and identify unnecessary constraints in a manner that has saved millions of dollars while simultaneously improving the product quality.

More recently Jeff taught a 21-week course on leadership and teamwork to emerging Boeing leaders where he developed curriculum on communication and problem solving for use in that course. He has taught leadership topics to church groups, work groups, and conferences on teamwork. Jeff and Kim served as deacons and elders at Countryside Christian Center while living in Safety Harbor, Florida. Jeff is a private pilot and currently serves as election judge in Fort Worth. Jeff has currently been accepted into the DSL program (Doctor of Strategic Leadership) at Regent University. Jeff and Kim reside in Fort Worth with their 19-year old daughter, Brianna; Popcorn, the yellow dog; and one large cat named Splash. Their son, Jason, is a professional artist who designed their website and cover for The Emergence of Love Leadership: A Working Model.
